...last night, about 10pm, I was on my way home on a 6 lane highway. As I pulled into a turn lane, I noticed a couple of cars coming up at a rapid rate of speed, pretty much side by side. I decided to wait to make my exit as the road was deserted. I was rewarded for my patience and curiosity with the glorious sound of a Ford GT and C6 Corvette (Z 06?) under full throttle acceleration fly past me side by side. Oh, the sound was glorious. Add in the unmistakeable tail light show to confirm my suspicions. Now, I don't approve of street racing in general, but this was a pretty safe area if you are going to do it. Sweet dreams were had last night. I drove the rest of the way with one burning question. I wonder who won?

Cool story. Obviously the GT won because I don't want to live in a world where it loses. Full disclosure so people don't think I'm a ford fanatic: I'd sell my mustang and have a bowtie tattooed on my body for an ls7 zo6 z07.
